Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Manager who has proven experience onboarding multiple properties for holiday homes or short-term rental companies in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have existing market knowledge, landlord connections, and hands-on experience working with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and holiday home operators. This role is results-oriented, with a clear focus on bringing multiple units under management through revenue-sharing or management agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard landlords and property owners interested in listing their properties as holiday homes
  • Close property management or revenue-sharing agreements with landlords
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new properties for short-term rental
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of units
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential buildings and locations
  • Negotiate commercial terms with landlords to ensure profitable unit economics
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords for long-term collaboration
  • Ensure all properties meet DTCM / local holiday home regulations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly unit acquisition targets

Mandatory Requirements (Very Important)

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in property acquisition for:
  • Holiday Homes companies
  • Short-term rental operators
  • Airbnb / Booking.com management firms
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully onboarding multiple units (not single deals)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Revenue-sharing models
  • Guaranteed rent vs management contracts
  • Short-term rental market dynamics in UAE
  • Existing network of landlords, brokers, or developers is a strong advantage
  • Experience dealing with holiday home licensing and compliance (preferred)

Candidates without prior holiday home / short-term rental acquisition experience will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
