About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of our properties. This role is key to ensuring smooth rental operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and coordinate rentals.
  • Administer rental contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, resolving complaints and inquiries.
  • Oversee building maintenance, utilities, and inspections.
  • Supervise property staff, prepare duty schedules, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Liaise with government bodies, municipalities, and utility providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and property standards.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in property management or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of rental laws and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
