About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of our properties. This role is key to ensuring smooth rental operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and coordinate rentals.
- Administer rental contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, resolving complaints and inquiries.
- Oversee building maintenance, utilities, and inspections.
- Supervise property staff, prepare duty schedules, and ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with government bodies, municipalities, and utility providers.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and property standards.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in property management or administration.
- Strong knowledge of rental laws and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
