Job Summary:
The External Handover Representative is responsible for managing the handover process with customers, ensuring a smooth and professional transition of completed units. The role involves direct interaction with clients, explaining property details, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the handover stage.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the external handover process with customers.

Conduct unit inspections with clients and explain property features and systems.

Ensure all handover documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.

Address customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about the property.

Record and report any defects or issues raised by customers and follow up for resolution.

Deliver high levels of customer service to ensure a positive handover experience.

Liaise with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, and property management) to resolve customer concerns.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handover status.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
Saudi (mandatory).
-
Medically fit.
-
Minimum
2 years of experience
in property management, customer service, or handover processes.
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent computer skills (MS Office and related systems).
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in dealing directly with customers.
-
Ability to understand and explain technical information in a simple manner.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.

Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Preferred Requirements:

Experience in real estate, property management, or construction industry.
