Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Advisor to join our Sales team at Binaa Al Bahrain. The role involves selling real estate investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to the company’s growth in the Bahraini property market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic execution
  • Source and maintain relationships with potential investors and clients
  • Provide expert advice on property services and investment opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads from various channels
  • Deliver weekly reports on sales activities and pipelines
  • Manage client relationships from inquiry to closure
  • Maintain accurate lead records and conduct daily prospecting
  • Support team coordination and provide mentorship to junior advisors
  • Represent the company at events and mall shifts when required


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate, High-End Automotive, Investment Management, Time-Share, or Life Insurance is a plus
