As a Real Estate Sales Agent / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing property listings, conducting viewings, and managing inquiries. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with buyers, tenants, and investors to drive sales and leases effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source and secure property listings from landlords and developers.
· Conduct property viewings, manage inquiries, negotiate offers, and close sales and leases.
· Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, tenants, and investors.
· Market properties professionally across approved platforms.
· Maintain accurate documentation for listings, clients, and transactions.
Operate under RERA brokerage with full compliance
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Preference for European female candidates due to high client-facing presentation standards (all nationalities will be considered).
· Minimum 1 year of experience required, or candidates demonstrating strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
· A RERA license (or eligibility to obtain one immediately) is mandatory.
A valid driving license is preferred.
· Strong communication skills: proficiency in English required (additional languages are a plus).
· Professional presentation and confidence in client interactions.
· Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: BD200.000 - BD400.000 per month
