The Property Advisor contributes to the company’s growth by building strong client relationships, driving property transactions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience across all customer touchpoints.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Sales/Marketing) or related field

4–5 years of proven experience in property sales or a similar role

Strong knowledge of high‑end residential and commercial property trends

Exposure to both local and international real estate markets preferred
Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
Respond to inquiries, arrange site visits, present property options, and guide buyers through the sales cycle to achieve consistent conversions.

Project Knowledge:
Maintain updated knowledge of all active projects, including pricing, payment plans, inventory status, and key selling points.

Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with walk‑in clients, digital leads, referrals, and broker‑generated prospects, ensuring timely follow‑up and service delivery.

Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities, ensuring smooth handover and effective follow‑through.

Market Intelligence:
Track competitor launches, pricing trends, and buyer preferences, using insights to strengthen client conversations and negotiations.

Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare booking forms, payment schedules, and client documentation in line with company processes and compliance requirements.

System Updates:
Record accurate lead statuses, follow‑up actions, and site visit logs in internal systems, providing visibility to senior management.

Inventory Awareness:
Monitor inventory movement across assigned projects, ensuring clients receive real‑time availability updates.
