Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and visionary Real Estate Team Lead to oversee, guide, and elevate our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with proven real estate expertise to drive growth, maximize performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of real estate agents to consistently achieve sales targets.

Design and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand market presence.

Coach and train team members to sharpen client service, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Track and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and solutions.

Foster and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term success and referrals.

Collaborate with management to set ambitious goals and align with company objectives.

Research and analyze real estate market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Team Lead with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and drive team performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by region).
