We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to head our performance marketing and SEO operations. This is a managerial, client-facing leadership role for someone who can confidently drive SEO, Google Ads (SEM), performance funnels, and digital strategy end to end.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong track record managing large budgets, delivering high-performing Google Ads campaigns, building funnels that convert, and overseeing SEO teams and strategy. They must have worked with international companies, be able to demonstrate proven results, and be comfortable leading a department with autonomy.

The role blends high-level strategic leadership with practical execution across SEO, SEM, analytics, conversion funnels, and performance-driven content.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Leadership (Google Ads, SEM & Funnels)

Digital marketing

  • Lead TenTwenty’s digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, paid search, remarketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Develop and manage large advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient cost allocation.
  • Build, implement, and optimize full-funnel customer journeys, including landing pages, ad flows, nurturing paths, and conversion tracking.
  • Write high-performing ad copy aligned with brand tone, value propositions, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee structured A/B testing (ads, creatives, landing pages) to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Produce clear, high-quality performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SEO, UX, design, and development teams to ensure unified performance and messaging.
  • Stay updated on SEM trends, AI tools, bidding strategies, conversion optimization practices, and privacy changes affecting tracking.

SEO

  • Act as the lead point of contact for Tentwenty SEO clients, ensuring confident, timely, and strategic communication
  • Develop, lead, and deliver end-to-end SEO services including:
  • SEO Audits (technical + content)
  • Competitor Analysis and Keyword Gap Research
  • SEO One-Time Setup (foundational on-site optimization)
  • SEO Monthly Retainers & Roadmap Execution
  • AI Search Optimization using responsible AI tools
  • Advanced Analytics & Custom Performance Dashboards
  • Advanced Local SEO Services (Google Business Profile optimization, map rankings, etc.)
  • Indexation & Crawl Budget Management
  • Technical health reviews for apps, CMS platforms, and CRM-connected ecosystems
  • Focus on driving high-conversion traffic and measurable ROI through performance-focused SEO strategies
  • Mentor and review the work of the SEO team — providing structured, insightful feedback
  • Coordinate across departments (content, design, dev) for cohesive SEO delivery
  • Continuously optimize internal workflows, reporting standards, and team efficiency
  • Stay updated with evolving algorithms, AI tools, and search engine trends to ensure Tentwenty delivers industry-leading SEO performance

Required Skills:

Must Have:

  • 6–8+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, funnels, analytics).
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing teams and client portfolios.
  • Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns at scale, including budgeting, bidding strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong ability to build high-converting funnels, landing page flows, and nurturing sequences.
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially for writing persuasive ad copy.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international brands or multi-market campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, local) and Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.
  • Client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of responsible use of AI tools in digital marketing.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or multi-language websites.
  • Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven record of successful SEO projects (case studies or references will be a plus)
  • Certifications in SEO, Google ad-words,Google Analytics, or related areas are a bonus
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate modern AI tools effectively into the SEO workflow without compromising quality or compliance
