Job Description: Senior SEO Expert (3–5 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert with 3–5 years of proven success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with hands-on experience using leading analytics and SEO tools. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing, content, and development teams to drive organic growth, enhance search visibility, and improve overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify content optimization and ranking opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search performance.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO standards are maintained.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, demonstrating results and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, increasing traffic, and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Information

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an SEO-related assessment task prior to the interview to evaluate practical skills and strategic thinking.
