Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Qesm El Maadi. The Property Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored property solutions, and conducting market research to identify potential property opportunities. The role includes building positive relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. The Property Advisor will also ensure adherence to company standards and maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market trends and inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property values, and trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service practices
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
