Property Advisor

Luxury One Real Estate is a Dubai-based brokerage operating from Business Bay, focused on performance driven real estate sales. We work closely with top-tier developers and generate high-quality marketing leads to support our advisors.

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Property Advisors who understand the Dubai market and are ready to work in a structured, high-performance setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle marketing leads and convert them into transactions
  • Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and opportunities
  • Conduct meetings and manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers
  • Use CRM tools to track, manage, and close deals efficiently
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ months of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to generate and close deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment
