Property Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network of brokers and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients
• Generate leads and close property sales successfully
• Advise clients on property investments and market opportunities
• Manage property listings and client portfolios
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Strong broker and agent connections in the UAE market
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to generate business through networking and referrals
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
