Key Responsibilities:

• Willing to follow the instructions of the Team Leader and clearly understand the properties assigned
• Create videos of properties as per the marketing strategy and posting requirements
• No cold calling – work only on qualified listings provided by the company
• Conduct property viewings and close deals with clients
• Update and maintain property details and lead progress on Excel sheets
• Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants
• Prepare and manage documentation including tenancy contracts, MoUs, and leasing forms
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate (sales or leasing)
• Must have a Valid UAE visa (minimum 2–3 months validity)
• Must own a laptop (required)
• Driving license and car are preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to listen, follow directions, and deliver results under a structured leadership
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Must be able to start immediately

Compensation & Benefits:

• 50% commission on each closed deal
• SIM card provided by the company for business communication (Own Expense)
