Property Advisor

We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling properties while delivering excellent service and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales
• Assist clients in buying off-plan properties
• Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers
• Provide accurate project information, pricing, and payment plans
• Coordinate with developers and management for updated availability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and maintain professional communication
• Keep proper records of client interactions and deals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Off-Plan real estate or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle and convert company-provided leads
• Knowledge of Dubai Off-Plan projects and market trends is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and attitude
