Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Advisor who is fluent in Hebrew to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in assisting Hebrew-speaking clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties, delivering exceptional service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Hebrew-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
• Provide expert advice on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market conditions
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
