Overview:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Agent (Turkish Speaker) to join our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging Turkish-speaking clients, generating qualified leads, and successfully closing property transactions while delivering excellent client service and investment advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns
- Build and manage strong relationships with Turkish-speaking clients and investors
- Present and market residential and commercial real estate projects
- Conduct property viewings, tours, and client meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
- Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends and project launches
- Coordinate with internal teams for contracts, documentation, and transaction processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in sales (real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Professional appearance and client-oriented attitude
