Temporary Claims Adjuster (5-8 Week Assignment)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Claims Adjuster for a temporary 5–6 week assignment to support coverage during a leave of absence. This role will manage a caseload of low-complexity property claims and requires someone who can step in quickly and operate with minimal ramp-up time.

This is a fully on-site position and requires consistent in-office presence during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity property claims from intake through resolution
• Review claim documentation and determine appropriate settlements, denials, or payments
• Analyze coverage and apply policy provisions appropriately
• Maintain accurate claim reserves and documentation
• Communicate professionally with claimants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and company standards
• Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Claims Adjuster License (required)
• Experience handling property claims, including homeowners and/or rental policies
• Familiarity with claim reserves and basic coverage evaluation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to an existing workflow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Additional Details

• Assignment length: Approximately 5-8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Location: Phoenix metro area (on-site required; not a remote role)
