Property Cleaning and Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Property Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our facilities and cleaning hotel rooms. Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms daily in addition to property cleaning
• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including walkways, staircases and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and power washing to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Carry out janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial or commercial cleaning environments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs, performing light repairs, and assisting with minor upkeep tasks like painting or fixture replacements.
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and incident reports to ensure accountability and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures.
• Prior custodial or porter experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
