We are looking for a Property Compliance & Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing property compliance, documentation, landlord coordination, and ensuring all Supermall sites meet legal & operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all lease, renewal, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords for utilities, access, repairs, and notices.
• Track municipality/authority approvals for new store setup.
• Monitor property maintenance & escalate issues timely.
• Support new store launches with documentation and compliance requirements.

What you'll need:

• Experience in property management or admin roles.
• Strong communication, documentation & follow-through skills.
