Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Heliopolis. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients about real estate opportunities, showing and presenting properties, and offering solutions to meet clients’ needs. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their property requirements, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing and presenting property presentations, and maintaining consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
