Property Consultant (Sales/Leasing)

Properties Exchange (PEDXB) is a growth-driven Dubai real estate firm with an agent-first operating model. We invest heavily in tools, marketing, and enablement so high-performing agents can do their best work—faster and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Source, manage, and close sales/leasing opportunities across prime Dubai communities.
• Run end-to-end client journeys: qualification, viewings, negotiation, documentation, and after-sales.
• Maintain a structured pipeline via Bitrix24 CRM; keep data clean and actions timely.
• Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to maximise exposure and conversion.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in Dubai real estate (sales and/or leasing); off-plan experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Clear communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• High ownership mindset: disciplined with follow-ups, punctual for meetings/viewings.
• RERA certified (or willing to obtain promptly).
