Property Consultant

We are currently hiring Property Consultants / Leasing Agents for our Sharjah branch. We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling property viewings, tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties.

• Maintain updated client and property databases (CRM).

· The candidate must have Experience in the real estate market and pricing strategies

· Strong client communication skills

•Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.

• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sharjah’s property market trends.

• Build and maintain strong client and landlord relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

•Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate leasing in Sharjah

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of Sharjah’s real estate market and regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales/leasing targets.

• Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Real Estate: 4 year (Required)

· Must have a uae driving licence

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi,( Arabic-will be an added advantage)

Location: Muweilah Commercial, Sharjah

Salary : AED 3,000 to AED4000

Skills Required: Email Drafting, MS Office (Excel & Word) Documentation Management.
