Job Opportunity: Real Estate Consultant (Sales & Leasing)

Cheval Blanc Real Estate, established in 2000, is a leading real estate firm in Dubai. We are expanding and seeking dynamic Property Consultants to join our team. If you have experience in sales (off-plan & secondary market) and/or leasing, and are fluent in Arabic, English, and Russian, we invite you to apply. Strong sales skills, even without real estate experience, are also welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Source, list, and market properties for sale or rent.
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
• Qualify potential buyers/tenants and conduct viewings.
• Follow up and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (well-presented freshers with strong communication skills are also welcomed to apply).
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Arabic, English, and/or Russian.
