Job Description

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
• Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
• Prepare and present property proposals and market analysis reports.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and emerging opportunities.
• Assist clients with property valuation and comparative market analysis.
• Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to expand the client base.

• Job Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in property consultancy, real estate sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Proficiency in using property management and CRM software.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, as required.
• Excellent awareness of the Market.
• Presentable with very good communication skills.
