- Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships to specialise in an area/ community.
- Present to potential clients and conduct viewings.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
- Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate market of Dubai is preferred
- Prior sales experience in banking/ insurance/ motor industry
- Financially driven and highly motivated
- Presentable with a professional image
- Valid driving license
- Academy training
- Admin support
- Photography and videography team
- Assistance with RERA license
- Company Vehicle
- Eligible for 30 days of annual vacation plus all UAE national holidays, Christmas day and New Year's Day as per UAE labor law.
- Employment visa provided by the company
- Uncapped commission with timely disbursement
