Hiring – Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Location: Barsha, Dubai | Full-Time (Commission-Based)

Role:

Looking for motivated and confident Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Both experienced agents and freshers with passion for property sales are welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with developers and landlords.
• Stay updated on market trends and new projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers or 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai property market (preferred).
• RERA Certification is a plus.
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Confident, organised, and eager to learn.
