Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our expanding Off-Plan Sales Division. The role involves identifying investment opportunities, providing clients with expert advice, and closing deals on high-demand, off-plan residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to end users and investors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and investment goals.
• Present suitable project options, including floor plans, locations, payment plans, and ROI estimates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and legal procedures.
• Attend property expos, developer events, and project briefings.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real Estate/Sales: 2 years (Required)
