Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Property Consultant / Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

_Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

_Provide professional advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.

_Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients.

_Negotiate offers and finalize sales and rental agreements.

_Maintain accurate client and property records using Microsoft Office tools.

_Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

_Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a must).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Presentable, dynamic, and target-driven personality.
