The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Property Consultants to join our expanding team. If you have at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experienceand a passion for helping clients find their dream properties, this is your chance to elevate your career in a supportive, high-energy environment — with commissions of up to 75%.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Source, list, and market properties across off-plan, secondary, and leasing (residential & commercial) sectors.
• Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights on current trends.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, presenting features and benefits clearly to potential clients.
• Negotiate sales and leasing terms to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Manage all paperwork and contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the entire transaction process.
