Job Purpose:

The Property Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties to potential clients. The role involves client relationship management, property presentations, negotiations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and property listings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant details and market insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, property values, market trends, and competitors.
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth documentation and after-sales service.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and promotions.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times to uphold brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate market (preferred).
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
