• Advise clients  like a trusted expert not like a pushy salesperson with a quota and a caffeine addiction (though both might be true).

• Close deals  like your bonus depends on it (because, spoiler: it does).

• Show luxury properties  like you own the place confidence is key, even if you’re just holding the keys.

• Negotiate  like you're in a Netflix drama, minus the dramatic music (unless you bring your own).

• Drop knowledge  about the market so clients feel like  you  should be the one buying.

• Deliver service  so good, your clients will wonder if they should invite you to their housewarming party.
