Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential properties for sale or rent, staying current with market trends and new launches.
  • Client Guidance: Offer expert guidance to clients on property values, pricing, and prevailing market conditions.
  • Property Transactions: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, ensuring their satisfaction and achieving sales targets/KPIs.
  • Property Showings: Conduct property showings and tours for prospective buyers or tenants, delivering a professional and memorable experience.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, securing the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including brokers, lenders, and conveyancers, to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, providing clients with accurate and reliable advice.
  • Networking: Maintain a robust network of contacts within the real estate industry for referrals and future business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients and landlords.
  • Timely Response: Ensure all client inquiries are promptly addressed and followed up on.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and sales leads, consistently striving to expand your client base.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated Success: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
  • Results-Driven: Inherently self-motivated and oriented towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Driving Essentials: Valid driving license.
