Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai, a strong understanding of the property market, and excellent communication skills.

Leads will be provided; your job is to convert them into successful deals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle leads provided by the company and follow up professionally.
• Advise clients on property options (off-plan and secondary).
• Conduct viewings and property presentations.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
• Keep up to date with Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and developers.
• Update CRM with client interactions and deal progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
