Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process while maintaining a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Provide clients with accurate information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Guide clients through property tours, negotiations, and the closing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and trends.
• Handle property listings, ensuring they are up to date and effectively marketed.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• UAE Driving license and own car
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
