What You'll Do

• List, market, and sell properties across Dubai
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided + self-sourced)
• Stay informed on Dubai's market trends and advise clients smartly
• Negotiate and close deals with confidence and integrity
• Maximize visibility using premium tools (Bayut, Property Finder, social media, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Proven real estate experience in Dubai or strong sales/customer-service background
• Ambitious, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking ability and relationship management
• UAE driving license preferred; local market knowledge is a plus
