Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property-related matters, identifying and presenting suitable options, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to analyze and understand client requirements
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proven Sales expertise, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with Real Estate processes, market dynamics, and property laws in Dubai
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus
• UAE driving license and knowledge of Dubai's areas and neighborhoods are advantageous
