Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for engaging clients, providing real estate advice, and helping clients navigate the home buying process. Day to day tasks include identifying client needs, showing properties, negotiating deals, and offering flexible payment solutions. The role also involves conducting property market research, preparing documentation, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in real estate, sales, or property management


• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations


• Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals


• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets


• Excellent customer service and client management skills


• Proficiency in basic computer software and CRM systems


• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
