Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients find their dream homes or investment opportunities.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance, market insights, and end to end support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Promote and market available properties through online platforms, open houses, and client networking.
• Advise clients on current market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and mortgage options.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of real estate laws, market conditions, and competitive listings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, mortgage advisors, etc.) to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market (off plan and secondary preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
