Property Consultant

An Exciting and a Professional role , which involves meeting with property owners and prospective and clients, scheduling property viewings and prospecting properties for clients to secure financial transactions.

Language ( English, Chinese, Russian, French, Arabic)

Who are we looking for?

- A highly motivated individual who is self disciplined and has 'passion' for real estate.

- Excellent Time- Management and organisational skills

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

- Well versed in English (Verbal and Written)

- Must possess a valid UAE Driving license

- Several years of verified sales experience

B - Key Duties

• Develop a daily action plan with clear targets.
• Generate property listings through networking, site visits, meetings, and cold calls.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, note client requirements, and follow up promptly.
• Ensure all transactions comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Understand client needs, present tailored property options, and finalize deals.
• Uphold ethics and integrity, providing honest feedback in all transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Real Estate : 1 year (Preferred)
• Sale: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License? (Required)
