Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property advisory services, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property market analysis, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. Ensuring top-tier client service and effectively communicating value propositions will also be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of Dubai's property market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize property deals
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
