Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing expert advice, and delivering tailored property solutions. Daily duties include consulting clients, managing property showings, overseeing real estate transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires effective communication and superior customer service to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and negotiation strategies
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships while working towards achieving key targets
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
• Relevant certifications or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and within a team
• Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management skills
