We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial property market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal location for their business within our diverse portfolio of retail spaces, which include Offices, Mall space & Warehouses in prominent and strategic locations around Dubai.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Aggressively market the space through multiple media platforms, including, but not limited to telephone, text, email, social media, etc.

Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for sale or lease.

Conduct a thorough portfolio-wide search to provide clients with the best property options.

Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the key features and benefits of each property.

Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Coordinate with legal teams to ensure lease agreements comply with local regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present detailed property proposals and leasing & vacancy reports and other relevant documentation for sr. management.

Develop relationships and maintain a strong network of industry contacts including real estate agents, brokers, lifestyle brands and service providers to generate leasing leads.

Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.

Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and in good condition for leasing.

Resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications

Attested Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred)

Minimum 2 - 3 years of Proven experience in commercial sales, or relevant sales experience.

Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market and regulatory environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Fluent in English. ; Arabic preferred and additional languages are a plus.

Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay range and compensation package
