Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

. Generate leads and manage client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

. Advise clients on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.

. Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

. Stay updated on market trends, communities, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.

. Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

. Proven real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi.

. Strong knowledge of the local property market, trends, and communities.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
