AL BURRAQ RREAL ESTATE is looking for Property Consultant who can bring a team in our Company.

Location: Clover Bay, Business Bay, Dubai.

Job Summary

The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. This role requires deep knowledge of Dubai communities, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will manage the end-to-end transaction process while ensuring full compliance with RERA and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties across various Dubai communities.
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Prepare and finalize tenancy contracts, sales agreements, Form A/B, Form F, and other RERA documentation.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords, ensuring smooth closing of transactions.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system and manage property listings on digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about Dubai real estate regulations, trends, off-plan launches, and developer offers.
  • Build long-term client relationships to increase referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for property promotions and social media campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate (preferred; freshers with strong sales background may apply).
  • Strong understanding of Dubai communities, developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Meraas, etc.), and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer-service mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately upon hiring).
