McCone Properties is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Leasing Team in a full-time role.

We provide the strong foundation every agent needs, including our professional 2-week Training Academy , experienced managers, in-house tools, and full marketing support.

Next Training Academy starts on 5th January

Our January batch is already 70% full , so hurry up and secure your seat to begin 2026 with a strong professional start.

Requirements:

• Real estate or sales experience preferred , but not required

• Driving license + car (mandatory)

• Highly motivated, well-organized, and ready to work hard

• Full-time availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage property listings
• Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain a personal property portfolio
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

• A company laptop (MacBook Air) provided

• The stability of joining a trusted brokerage with 12 years of proven success in the Dubai real estate market
• Commission structure 50-70%
