We are looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of proven sales experience, a solid understanding of the property market, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role is suited for professionals who are goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering value driven property solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and connect with prospective clients, maintaining regular follow-ups to create and convert sales opportunities.
- Present property offerings clearly and professionally, tailoring presentations and site visits to client requirements.
- Build and manage strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while reporting progress and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and property sector developments to support informed sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; a background in Real Estate or Property Sales is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Well organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple clients independently.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and closing techniques.
- Target focused mindset with a professional and solution oriented approach.
- Hands on experience with CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Good knowledge of local property market trends, customer preferences, and buying behavior.
