The Property Consultant will support clients in both the resale (secondary) market and the off-plan property market. will act as a trusted advisor — educating buyers, sellers, investors and landlords — matching them with suitable opportunities, negotiating terms, managing documentation and ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business: generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and events. (See examples of lead generation duties).
- Acquire property listings for resale (“secondary market”) by engaging with owners/landlords, performing market appraisals, and listing properties.
- Promote and sell off-plan units/projects: stay up to date with developers, payment plans, launch details and investment potential; present these to clients.
- Conduct viewings (for resale) or project briefings (for off-plan), explain features, benefits, community information, investment metrics or rental yield as relevant.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers & sellers (secondary), or buyers & developers (off-plan); ensure fair outcomes and follow-through.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers, investors, sellers, landlords) to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in developer launches, client meetings, marketing activities and open houses.
