Role Overview

An exciting and professional role involving meetings with property owners, landlords, sellers, and prospective clients, arranging property viewings, presenting developer projects, and prospecting properties to secure successful financial transactions.

-Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred).

Key Duties

-Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.

-Follow structured daily schedules and achieve KPIs.

-Practice and apply company-approved sales scripts.

-Present developer projects and new launches to clients.

-Contact landlords and sellers to secure property listings.

-Arrange and conduct client meetings and property viewings.

-Understand client needs and present tailored property solutions.

-Negotiate and close transactions professionally.

-Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies.

-Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Experience:

-UAE Real Estate : 1 year (Preferred)

-Sale Experience: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

-UAE Driving License? (Required)
