Property Consultant

• Advise clients on property options based on their needs and goals, including pricing and market trends.
• Conduct market research and property analysis to identify opportunities.
• Present and showcase properties to clients and arrange property viewings.
• Assist clients throughout the transaction process, including negotiations and closing procedures.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, property values, and competitive market conditions.
