What You’ll Do

• Consult & Guide: Act as a trusted advisor to potential buyers, understanding their needs and budget to recommend the best properties from our massive inventory.
• Manage Leads: Work with high-quality leads provided by our marketing and tech teams (no random cold calling!).
• Close Deals: Facilitate site visits, negotiate offers, and guide clients from the first call to the final contract.
• Build Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to build your own portfolio and network.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years. Fresh graduates and Career Shifters are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You need to be a "people person."
• Language: Very good command of English and Arabic.
• Mobility: Owning a car is highly preferred (to facilitate client viewings).
• Mindset: Resilient, presentable, and eager to learn.
